5-Minute Marshmallow Fudge (Printable Format)

A creamy chocolate treat made quickly with melted chocolate, marshmallows, and vanilla.

# What's Needed:

→ Chocolate & Dairy

01 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (340 g)
02 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (28 g), plus extra for greasing

→ Marshmallows

04 - 2 cups mini marshmallows (100 g)

→ Flavoring & Salt

05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

# How To Make It:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides with butter.
02 - In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
03 - Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then continue microwaving in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted, approximately 1 to 2 minutes in total.
04 - Immediately add the mini marshmallows, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir vigorously until the marshmallows are mostly melted and fully integrated into the chocolate mixture.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface evenly with a spatula.
06 - Let cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
07 - Lift the set fudge from the pan using the parchment paper, cut into 16 squares, and serve.
