09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or softened butter, for spreading
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets; cook for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the sautéed broccoli, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar until thoroughly combined.
04 - Lay out bread slices and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or softened butter on one side of each slice.
05 - Evenly distribute the broccoli-cheddar mixture onto two slices of bread on the unbuttered side. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.
