# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until completely blended and creamy.
03 - Lay out each flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread seafood filling evenly across each tortilla, leaving a small border around edges. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly, 3-4 minutes.
05 - Pour garlic cream sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas. Bake for 15-18 minutes until sauce is bubbly and tortilla tops are golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.

02 -
  • Cold cream cheese will leave you with lumpy filling no matter how long you mix
  • Roll tortillas tightly or the filling will escape during baking
03 -
  • Pick through crab meat by hand for shells, processors miss pieces
  • Let the bombs rest 5 minutes before serving so the sauce thickens slightly
