# How To Make It:
- In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, dried chives, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Evenly spread the cheese mixture onto a large serving platter, shaping into a wide oval or rectangle to simulate a string of lights.
- Lay fresh chives or green onion strips across the spread in a winding, looping pattern to mimic the light string wires.
- Cut mini bell peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Position pepper halves, tomato halves, cucumber slices, and olives at intervals along the chives to resemble Christmas bulbs, topping each bulb with a small olive slice to simulate the socket.
- Add fresh parsley or dill sprigs for a festive garnish.
- Serve immediately accompanied by gluten-free crackers and assorted vegetable dippers.
