# What's Needed:
→ Crackers
01 - 24 whole wheat round or square crackers
02 - 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced into 24 small squares
→ Roasted Red Pepper Dip
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - ¼ cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
05 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - ½ tsp garlic powder
07 - ¼ tsp smoked paprika
08 - Pinch of salt
→ Decoration
09 - 24 thin strips black olives (for the belt)
10 - 24 small squares yellow bell pepper or cheddar (for the buckle)
# How To Make It:
01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Place crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top each with a cheddar slice.
03 - Bake for 4-5 minutes until cheese is just melted without bubbling, then remove and cool slightly.
04 - In a bowl, blend cream cheese, roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
05 - Spoon or pipe a dollop of dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Lay a black olive strip across the dip forming a belt, then place a small yellow pepper or cheddar square as the buckle.
07 - Arrange crackers on a platter and serve immediately.
