St Patricks Day Shamrock Bites (Printable Format)

Bite-sized pretzels shaped like shamrocks coated in smooth white chocolate and green sprinkles.

# What's Needed:

→ Pretzel Base

01 - 72 mini pretzel twists, approximately 3 per shamrock
02 - 24 mini pretzel sticks for stems

→ Chocolate & Decorations

03 - 12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
04 - Green colored sugar or sprinkles
05 - 1 to 2 teaspoons coconut oil, optional for smoother chocolate

# How To Make It:

01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat
02 - Arrange three mini pretzel twists in a shamrock clover shape with points touching on the prepared baking sheet. Place one pretzel stick at the base to form the stem. Repeat this process to create 24 shamrocks
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if needed for improved consistency
04 - Using a spoon, drizzle or spread melted white chocolate over each shamrock, ensuring the pretzels adhere together and the surface is fully coated
05 - Immediately sprinkle green colored sugar or sprinkles over the chocolate before it sets
06 - Allow the pretzel bites to set at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm
07 - Carefully lift the shamrock pretzel bites from the baking sheet and serve
