# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They taste like a vacation in popsicle form, complete with that boozy kick adults actually want.
  • The fruit chunks scattered throughout make each bite an adventure instead of just another frozen treat.
  • You literally just blend, pour, and freeze—no special skills required.
02 -
  • Don't skip tasting your base mixture before it freezes—frozen flavors taste muted, so what seems perfect at room temperature will taste slightly less vibrant when frozen.
  • Those air bubbles are real and they ruin the texture, so tap your filled molds firmly but not aggressively on the counter to let them escape.
03 -
  • Chill your blender pitcher in the freezer for five minutes before blending—it keeps the base cooler and helps it freeze faster, plus the mixture stays smoother longer.
  • For an extra layer of flavor, add a pinch of lime zest right into the mixture or a tiny splash of vanilla extract if you want something unexpected.
