# How To Make It:
- In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper until fully integrated and smooth.
- Position one tortilla on a clean cutting board. Evenly spread one fourth of the cheese filling over the surface, covering edges.
- Arrange 1.75 ounces of turkey breast slices across the cheese spread.
- Place roughly half an ounce of spinach leaves evenly atop the turkey layer.
- Starting at one edge, firmly roll the tortilla into a tight log.
- Proceed with steps for each remaining tortilla, cheese mixture, turkey, and spinach.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to assist slicing.
- Remove plastic wrap and trim the ends. Slice each roll into 6 uniform pinwheels.
- Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter; serve chilled or at ambient temperature.
