18 - ½ cup lemon curd
19 - ½ cup vanilla yogurt
# How To Make It:
01 - Whisk together flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Incorporate egg yolks, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
02 - Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
03 - Roll dough out very thin, about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 1 x 4 inch strips, make a 1 inch slit in the center of each strip, and pull one end through to create a twist.
04 - Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry wings in batches until golden and crisp, approximately 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
05 - Arrange cooled angel wings at the center of a large serving board. Place candies, fruits, and meringue kisses in clusters around the wings. Position lemon curd and vanilla yogurt in small bowls among the sweets.
06 - Present immediately, garnished with optional edible flowers or gold leaf, and enjoy with guests.
