06 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

08 - 24 black olive slices for eyes
09 - 24 small capers for decoration
10 - 1 small carrot, peeled and finely diced (optional star points)
# How To Make It:
01 - Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out star shapes from each bread slice, yielding 24 stars.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until blended.
03 - Spread a generous spoonful of the tuna mixture onto half of the bread stars.
04 - Top the filled stars with the remaining bread stars to form sandwiches.
05 - Attach two black olive slices onto one point of each sandwich to resemble eyes, placing a caper at the center of each olive slice.
06 - Optionally, decorate the tips of the star points with finely diced carrot pieces for extra detail.
