09 - 1/2 cup sour cream
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped

12 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste
14 - 1/2 cup hummus

15 - Fresh parsley sprigs

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, fresh chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth. Transfer to a small serving bowl and place hummus in a separate bowl.
02 - Thread a mini pretzel rod through three pretzel rounds—one yogurt-covered for the head and two plain for the body. Press mini chocolate chips into the yogurt pretzel for eyes and buttons, add a carrot triangle for the nose, and wrap a thin slice of red bell pepper around the neck as a scarf. Optionally, draw a mouth with an edible food marker.
03 - Place assembled snowmen on a large serving platter. Position the bowls of dips nearby and garnish with fresh parsley sprigs and halved cherry tomatoes for color.
04 - Serve immediately and enjoy.
