# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat the waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined; small lumps are acceptable to avoid overmixing.
05 - Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron. Pour approximately ½ cup batter per waffle and cook each batch for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - Remove cooked waffles and cut each round into quarters.
07 - In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, then stir in the maple syrup and warm for approximately 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl.
